it is perfect. I make coffee every day without any problems.
My first impression was that this was a nice, compact machine that would look lovely in my kitchen and replace a 5 year old coffee maker I read the instructions carefully because that's who I am. I suspect if you're not one to read instructions you might be disappointed with the coffee you get! So, I cleaned it and installed it as instructed. I then ran the circuit program to clean the inside. No problem at all.
After a few days of use, I am very happy with this purchase. A nice and low-profile machine that can easily be placed in the corner of the kitchen.
The customer service recommended a combination of a capsule coffee machine and a milk frother to me, which was perfect.
