We have a 30-day return policy, which means if a Cafelffe product fails due to a material or workmanship defect within 30 days of the original purchase date, you can replace the entire product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If you wish to initiate a return, you can contact us at coffee@cafelffe.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
